Information you provide

Our Contact form asks for your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, an interest category and your message. The Financial Infrastructure Assessment asks for business and contact details plus information about your financial operating practices, reporting, goals and engagement interest. Do not submit passwords, account-access credentials, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical information or other highly sensitive information.

How we use it

We use submitted information to understand and respond to your inquiry, assess potential fit, route next steps, and maintain an operational record of the conversation. Financial Assessment submissions may be analyzed to prepare internal insights and routing suggestions. We do not treat an online submission as an engagement agreement.

Services involved

Cloudflare serves the website and processes requests. Contact submissions are routed through Make, recorded in Notion and notified to Evergreen through Microsoft company email. Financial Assessment submissions use Make and Notion; the existing workflow also sends assessment content to OpenAI for analysis and routing, and uses Microsoft company email for notifications or next-step messages. These services process information to support the described workflow. We do not use the website to collect payment credentials.

Basic technical information

Hosting and security services may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the site. The launch candidate does not intentionally add advertising pixels or nonessential analytics cookies.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and assessment records as needed for follow-up, business operations and applicable obligations, then review them under our operational practices. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the forms only for the requested level of information.

Other sites and changes

Links to third-party websites are governed by those sites’ own practices. We may update this policy as the website or workflows change; the last-updated date above will be revised when we do.
